Sigma Delta Tau is committed to providing a positive Greek experience to as many college women as possible! Expansion of our chapter roll is a top priority for our National organization and we are dedicated to ongoing growth and development. The formation of a new colony ranks as one of our most exciting experiences!

SDT is a member of the National Panhellenic Conference. All NPC sorority chapters must abide by extension regulations. These rules govern the process of starting a new chapter on a campus. The National Panhellenic Conference Extension Committee will assist any individual or college administrator with questions on the proper procedure for establishing a new sorority on campus. Individuals or members of a Campus Panhellenic can contact with questions.

We will put you in touch with our National Extension Chairman to answer any questions you might have about how to start a chapter of Sigma Delta Tau! SDT evaluates all expansion opportunities by investigating academic standing, demographics, student population, geographic location and interest of local SDT alumnae to support the chapter.
